Well, this morning the sunshine was back , so we began our day with a bike ride along 30A, which is a 28.5-mile stretch of road peppered with coastal towns like Rosemary Beach. We stopped at The Big Chill for coffee and a muffin before heading back to town.
We then walked around Rosemary Beach once again – the beach, the Square, The Pearl Hotel, the shops, the beautiful homes along the way!
Today’s plan included golf at Signal Hill Golf Club in Panama City Beach. We were paired with two delightful gentlemen from Wisconsin and enjoyed our round – slow and steady as we go! I particularly like the hole that was flanked by an amusement park – what a view!
We enjoyed our last dinner in Rosemary Beach at LaCo, a Latin Coastal Kitchen, within walking distance of our Airbnb. After cocktails, Bill enjoyed a shrimp quesadilla, while I chose chicken enchiladas – smothered in slaw!. We couldn’t pass on dessert and we’re glad we didn’t – look at those “warm from the oven” chocolate chip cookies with a milk chaser. Wonderful way to end our time in the amazing coastal town of Rosemary Beach, Florida. We would highly recommend it!
